Increasingly, the medical profession is recognizing the important role which good nutrition can play in a number of serious medical conditions — including cancer. This recognition, in part, is due to anecdotal evidence of people who have successfully helped treat their cancerous condition with a proper diet.

One example of this is the case of Chris Wark, who at the age of 26 was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. While he did undergo surgery to help treat this, he opted out of chemotherapy and instead decided to treat his condition with diet. He remains cancer free to this day.
