2013- what a year this has been! Just about everyone sees the writing on the wall for a serious financial collapse world-wide coming soon! Many people and whole nations will finally learn the truth of Proverbs 22:7 “The borrower is servant to the lender.” This is what “the kings of the earth” (Ps. 2) have been working on and TRYING to cause for centuries. They want to “burn it down” and let the Phoenix rise from the ashes. They don’t know that Satan will destroy them too! Oh well, I’m more interested in what God is working on. 🙂 Here are the key events of 2013 as they relate to the CSE ministry, my family and my bizarre case.

1. I was moved (against my will) even FURTHER from home to Berlin, NH Oct. 2012 (my 13th move and 5th camp!) to help open the new prison. There are now about 100 men here and 500 down the hill at the medium security prison. I’ve been able to lead about 15 men to Christ in here this year. There is NO joy like that! Try it!! THIS WEEK!

2. During my 7+ years of prison I had seen appeal after appeal denied or shot down (usually with no explanation) and I was running out of options and getting discouraged at the incredible injustice of it all. I felt like Jeremiah in the pit (Jer. 38) and I cried to the Lord for help. God answers prayers in the strangest way sometimes. 🙂 He sent a black eunuch named Ebed-Melech to haul Jeremiah out. On April 18 God sent a black former Catholic now Muslim real estate investor named Alex Matthews from Washington DC to live right in my room on the top bunk! It just so happens that law and knowing how to fight and win in the courts is his “gift from God.” (See I Tim. 1:8) What an answer to prayer he has been!

3. After hearing and reading about the injustice in my case he jumped right on it and 4 days later we filed a “Bivins” lawsuit in the court in S. Carolina. Details for all the legal actions below are posted on www.2peter3.com. Alex is writing a book about the incredible injustice in his case which he is fighting as well. It is called My America and will be on www.my-america.org when finished. A few chapters are there now. In May the IRS was threatening (again) to sell the ministry property putting the family in a panic (again). Alex helped me file a “lis pendens” which stops all action on the property until the S.C. lawsuit is resolved.

4. While I was in prison the “Tax Court” held a trial and found me guilty and owing a zillion dollars without me being there or getting notices of what was going on! May 30 we filed an appeal on that and have yet to hear another word from them.

5. May 22 I filed a Complaint of Misconduct against the judge in my case. It was dismissed without addressing ANY of the issues! I filed a petition for review with the entire 11th circuit and they sat on it for months before dismissing it on Dec. 5 again, without addressing ANY of the issues in the complaint! Alex says it is no problem (and normal for them to do) and it will actually still work for me. The Constitution says federal judges are appointed for life “during good behavior.” If they don’t “behave” Congress is to impeach them. Because they rarely do that (Ecc. 8:11) many judges don’t care what the law says. Hmmm? Call your congressman and tell him to do his job.

6. In June the Supreme Court ruled judges cannot enhance sentences beyond what was found by the jury as they have done for decades! My judge “enhanced” mine from about 3 years to 10! We filed for relief under the “Alleyne” case but the S.C. did not specify if it was “retro-active” so the 11th circ. denied my motion for relief. That would have sent me home in July! They may rule it is retroactive soon and I will re-file for release right away.

7. November 17 I filed a complaint of misconduct against the US attorney in my case. She is now under investigation and is off my case! Please send my complaint against the judge and the US attorney to any who think I broke some laws to come to prison! They spell out the truth about my case. Also facebook.com/2peter3 has updates.

8. Nov. 19 I filed a Tort claim for damages for all the gross violations of the Constitution in my case. If I win I will be able to buy half of Florida and start a new HUGE Dinosaur Adventure Land- my lifetime dream!

10. After believing and teaching the “pre-trib” rapture for 40 years I was forced by the evidence to switch back to the historic position of the church. After MANY years or INTENSE study- which I would NOT have been able to do “out there” with my hectic travel and preaching schedule- God graciously set me aside for a while to talk with me. I wrote a book and published it in April, 2013 called “What on Earth is About to Happen…for Heaven’s Sake?” It is available as an eBook on 2peter3.com and can be purchased in full color (240+ pages) from hal@2peter3.com. It covers the creation, the flood, Daniel’s visions, the tribulation time, the rapture, the Day or the Lord and the coming judgment- all in my easy to follow 4th grade style. :)) I have received many positive comments and a few die hard “pre-tribbers” who have not even read it (see Pro. 18:13) have written denouncing my “switch.” It’s a good thing I don’t work for or answer to them! I don’t have to try to please anyone but the Lord! I LOVE it! Anyway, we WILL be here for the tribulation! (NOT the time of wrath). This will be a great time to win crowns! Jesus never said it would be EASY. He said it would be WORTH IT! The scoffers will quote 2 Peter 3:4 to the “pre-tribbers” I assure you!

11. I also published several other books I have written on 2peter3. The stories for my Grandchildren have been a blessing to many! They will help all ages learn to trust God and win souls! NOTHING else will matter in 10,000 years! :)) If you have never led a soul to Christ and would like to learn how-READ THESE BOOKS!

12. Several bills are making their way through congress or the senate to shorten prison times. See my blogs for details. My “out date” to go home is Feb. 2015 but I’m filing paperwork to get moved closer NOW and to get an additional 6 months “half-way” house as the law says I can do. 13. The Senate is expected to vote in mid January on SB 1675 which helps prisoners in MANY ways! It will send me HOME! Pray for that please and call them and ask them to vote for it!

15. At almost 61 I’m praising God for great health. Grandpa was healthy till he died at 86. I’m gonna beat that or die trying! All the family is well! Grandkids are 6-11 and all love the Lord. What a blessing THAT is!

16. What you can do to help- Pray Acts 12:5 style for my release! Spread my DVDs around while I can’t. Since all the bad press about me may have an Ecclesiastes 10:1 effect and prevent folks from watching the DVDs and getting saved and in light of Pro. 27:2 it is best if others track down those spreading lies and send them documents from 2peter3 to silence the scoffers.
