By Ken Ham Progressive creationist Dr. Hugh Ross of Reasons to Believe recently appeared on Canadian talk show 100 Huntley Street to promote his newest book, Navigating Genesis: A Scientist’s Journey Through Genesis 1–11. Hugh Ross believes God created the universe gradually over six overlapping time periods only figuratively called “days,” spread over billions of years since the supposed big bang. He claims biblical support for his unbiblical point of view by misreading many Bible passages. Hugh Ross twists the Bible to fit man’s fallible opinions about origins, embracing cosmological evolution and geological evolution. While he does not accept biological

By Ken Ham Just a thank you . . . for organising an excellent Mega conference this weekend. My wife and I were speechless by the end of the three days and left very much convicted and encouraged. The above was in an email sent to our office after the very successful and extremely well attended Mega Conference in the UK this past Thursday evening through Saturday evening. Over 1500 people, including over 100 pastors registered for the event. By far the majority stayed for the entire time. People were becoming more and more enthused with all they were hearing

By Ken Ham I have been greatly burdened hearing the news that is coming out of my homeland of Australia. Taking on the language of Bill Nye’s YouTube video, “Creationism Is Not Appropriate for Children,” Greens politician John Kaye is arguing that homeschooled children learning young-earth creation will grow up with “a very loose grip on the scientific process.” The Sydney Morning Herald newspaper further wrote that Kaye claims, “a cohort of homeschooled children would not be able to tell the difference between religious belief and scientific theory. ‘Their ignorance will impose costs not only on themselves …read more Read

By Ken Ham One of the most common questions I get asked is, “Why is there death and suffering?” Believers and unbelievers alike look around the world and see all the death, suffering, disease, and pain and question the existence of a good God as the Creator of such a world. This question can only be answered if we correctly understand the origin of death and suffering as given in Genesis. The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby recently revealed that he has moments when “he struggles with doubt about the existence of God.” What causes the Archbishop to doubt …read

New fossil finds further verify one of evolution’s biggest problems: the Cambrian explosion. According to evolutionary reckoning, a massive explosion of new life supposedly spawned dozens of brand-new fully formed body plans about 530 million years ago. Details from a newly described Canadian fossil fish intensify this Cambrian conundrum. More… …read more Read more here: icr.org
Secular astrophysicists often talk about “primordial nucleosynthesis” as though it were a proven historical event. In theory, it describes how certain conditions during an early Big Bang universe somehow cobbled together the first elements. But no historical evidence corroborates this primordial nucleosynthesis, an idea beset by a theoretical barrier called the “lithium problem.” Secular scientists recently put this problem to a practical test. Michael T. Osterholm – director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota – wrote in the New York Times last month: Viruses like Ebola are notoriously sloppy in replicating, meaning the virus entering one person may be genetically different from the virus entering the next. The current Ebola virus’s hyper-evolution is unprecedented; there has been more human-to-human transmission in the past four months than most likely occurred in the last 500 to 1,000 years. Each new infection represents trillions of throws of the genetic dice. If certain mutations occurred, it would mean that

A public tweet from a large government supplier of emergency response products specializing in “high risk events” says that Disaster Assistance Response Teams were told to prepare to be activated in the month of October. The shocking revelation, made on the Goldenstate Fire/EMS Twitter page, suggests that not only did someone know that the Ebola virus would be reaching America, but that they knew exactly when it would happen. “What we are now hearing is just the tip of the iceburg as we enter October,” noted the company’s Twitter spokesperson. “Ebola virus will cripple EMS and hospitals.” When Future Money

By Ken Ham Stephen King, a popular fiction author of thrillers and horror stories, declared in a recent interview with NPR that, “If you say, well, OK, I don’t believe in God, there’s no evidence of God, then you’re missing the stars in the sky, and you’re missing the sunrises and sunsets, and you’re missing the fact that bees pollinate all these crops and keep us alive and the way that everything seems to work together at the same time. Everything is sort of built in a way that to me suggests intelligent design.” When Mr. King looks at nature

About an inch long, it swims on its back on the surface of the pond using two of its legs that are extra long and have little paddles on the end, just like the oars of a boat. Anyone who has tried swimming on his back knows how difficult it is to see where he is going, but not the water boatman. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

“Excellent, in-depth article on the benefits of going with high fat dairy products including butter. Make sure they are at least organic.” Admin Most mainstream dietary advice recommends low-fat or non-fat dairy. But a growing number of experts argue that it’s far healthier to eat and drink whole dairy products, with all the fat left in. Dairy foods contain roughly 50 to 60 percent saturated fat, and conventional thinking is that saturated fat is bad for your heart. This idea has been thoroughly refuted as false. It’s a mistaken interpretation of the science. In a 2010 analysis,1 scientists said: “…There

“Just another reason for drinking RO purified water” Admin Fluoride is put in your drinking water ‘for your teeth’ without your consent, but did you know that it could also be calcifying your arteries? A few years ago, we reported on a study evaluating a new diagnostic technology that inadvertently revealed a link between fluoride exposure and coronary artery disease. Our report stirred up quite a lot of controversy and criticism, even leading one of the most respected figures in alternative medicine (deservedly so) – Dr. Russell Blaylock — to call us out on Infowars for our allegedly sophomoric interpretation

You have heard of the “No Fly List”, right? Well, now the Tories are pledging that if they win the next election in the UK they will establish a list of “extremists” that will have to have their social media posts “approved in advance by the police” before they post them. There are also plans to ban “extremists” from broadcasting and speaking at public events. The stated goal of these proposals is to crack down on terrorism, but in the process the civil liberties of the British people are going to be flushed down the toilet. And the American people

The UK and US economies may be on the mend at last, but that’s not the pattern elsewhere. On a global level, growth is being steadily drowned under a rising tide of debt, threatening renewed financial crisis, a continued squeeze to living standards, and eventual mass default. A mosquito-borne virus that can cause debilitating joint pain lasting for years has spread to the continental U.S. after infecting hundreds of thousands of people in the Caribbean and Central America. The virus is called Chikungunya, an African name meaning “to become contorted.” While the illness, first identified in Tanzania in 1952, has long bedeviled Africa and Asia, the only recorded cases in the U.S. before July involved patients who contracted the virus abroad. Now, 11 cases have been confirmed as originating in Florida, spurring concern this may be the beginning of the type of explosive growth seen elsewhere from

America’s ticket for divine judgment may have already been signed and sent off to the printer, but there’s still time for God to cancel the order, according to a leading Bible teacher and author.
