This month has been a battle to defend religious freedom in the United States, but thankfully, Christian values came out on top of this battle.

 

On Thursday, the Indianapolis Public Library’s main branch was filled with adults and children who came to hear actor, writer, and film producer Kirk Cameron read his recently published children’s book, “As You Grow”. Initially, the library organization had denied Cameron the opportunity to read the book at a story hour event, but later changed their decision.

 

According to Zac Bell, who is with the book’s publisher, BRAVE Books, the library initially denied the request for the reading but eventually allowed it after receiving a letter threatening legal action.
