What We Do

The Non-GMO Project works in several different capacities to ensure the availability of non-GMO products and to help support informed choice. We offer North America’s only third party verification and labeling for non-GMO food and products. We also educate consumers and the food industry to help build awareness about GMOs and their impact on our health and food systems.

Our Impact

The Non-GMO Project began verifying products in 2010. Since that time, we have worked with thousands of brands and manufacturers to avoid the use of GMOs in their products. We also have collaborated with more than 3,000 retailers to help them deepen and share their non-GMO commitment.
