Today is Grandparents Day here in the US, and I certainly have something to celebrate: Mally and I have 16 wonderful grandkids! Now, grandkids can remind us of many things, including ourselves—or our own child at that age. But having grandkids often reminds me that I’m not getting any younger (I tell people I’ve had to dye my hair grey to make sure people know this!).
