A quip we hear from many guests at the Ark Encounter on rainy or stormy days is, “Good thing we’re at the Ark!” But it’s more than just a joke now, as the Ark Encounter was recognized recently as a StormReady Supporter, a prestigious designation that acknowledges our efforts to develop a plan to save lives and property before, during, and after a severe storm event in our area.
