My friend Pastor Ronnie Floyd of Cross Church in Arkansas became the president of the National Day of Prayer last year. He recently announced the theme for the upcoming National Day of Prayer: Pray for America—Unity.

In his blog he writes:

Prayer brings people together. Prayer builds bridges between opposing persons and even political parties.
