The book of Hebrews describes the Word of God as, “living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12). Scripture is powerful, and we need to be encouraging our children to dig into God’s Word and hide it in their hearts (Psalm 119:11).
