Instructions for this “48 Hours” diet

Weight loss Syrup:

  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grinded)

Mix all the ingredients and drink it at night before bedtime.

Juice for boosting the metabolism

  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 500 ml water
  • 6 ice cubes

Mix all the ingredients well in a blender and get the juice. Take this juice every day before breakfast.
