Instructions for this “48 Hours” diet
Weight loss Syrup:
- 300 ml water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grinded)
Mix all the ingredients and drink it at night before bedtime.
Juice for boosting the metabolism
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 500 ml water
- 6 ice cubes
