Most of the people in the America are doing their best to
lose weight. They go on diets, eat low carbs, take diet pills, buy diet books,
and join fitness clubs or work out as best as they can.
Guess what? They still put on more weight and obesity rules!
Years and years ago we were advised to follow the four basic
food groups: meat, dairy, grains and fruits and vegetables. Maybe if the first
two were eliminated people would lose lots of weight.
