Proof The Bible Is True

According to United Bible Societies’ 2014 Global Scripture Access Report, Bible Societies helped complete translations in 51 languages spoken by more than 1.3 billion people – including 1.2 billion Chinese speakers and 146 million speakers of other languages. Andrew Hood, managing director of communications for the American Bible Society, explains the translations are all the more remarkable given the escalated level of trials and tribulations against Christians in 2014.

“Even in the midst of Boko Haram attacks and the Ebola outbreak, you had the translators working through those crises faithfully,” he tells OneNewsNow. “That they were still able to launch these is humbling.”

Hood adds that some of the places in the world where Bible translators work aren’t only hostile but very remote.
