 A former U.S. Department of Education official under President Reagan is warning parents that Common Core is all about thought control.

In her book The Long War & Common Core, Donna Hearne warns that progressives are using national assessment tests not to measure educational progress but to collect data on students’ attitudes and behaviors in order to reprogram their thoughts and feelings.“They don’t want independent thinkers,” she states.

“They don’t want people who can analyze and assess and discern the truth morally because they can’t control it.”
