By Dr. Mercola The Savory Institute documentary “Running Out of Time,” features ecologist and international consultant Allan Savory, who in a 2013 TED Talk discussed how grazing livestock is the solution to our ever-growing climate change problem. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Savory is a passionate conservationist. He founded the Africa Centre for Holistic Management1 (ACHM) in 1992, to support the adoption of holistic land management practices in Southern Africa in order to reduce and reverse land degradation2 that threatens the very survival of mankind, as without healthy productive soil, we cannot grow food. …read more Source: mercola
03/29/19 “The Pope seems to be going to great lengths to imply that Christians and Muslims worship the same God nowadays. That’s nice if you are trying to promote some sort of one world religion but there are however major differences between the two religions regarding the nature of God and who Jesus is that make the God each worship completely different. Watch these two videos featuring Mark Gabriel, a former Muslim, who shares his personal testimony on becoming a Christian plus the differences between Bible and Koran. By Hesh Goldstein There are some interesting parallels between what we ingest and the consistent transformation of the flu virus. With the latest dietary guidelines calling for three servings of low fat or non fat dairy a day, the average family with two kids now consumes more than 85 gallons of milk a year. What the government does not tell you, nor enforces the removal of, is that most milk is filled with carcinogens and antibodies. Cows ingest dioxins, an industrial by-product and a known carcinogen, when they eat contaminated grass. Milk that is conventionally produced often comes from cows

By Sara Middleton, staff writer (NaturalHealth365) Thanks to modern day agricultural and food processing practices – complete with long-distance travel, environmental radiation, and pesticide application – conventionally raised food is often lacking in essential nutrients like, vitamin E. And, while – conventionally speaking – deficiencies in vitamin E are ‘rare,’ it’s still a really good idea to eat foods packed with vitamin E to ensure you’re getting the proper daily amount (keep reading – we’ll talk about this more later). As for one of the most affordable, delicious, and healthiest sources of vitamin E, look no further than the nut

By Günter Bechly On this episode of ID the Future, Dr. Günter Bechly, paleoentomologist and former curator for amber and fossil insects for the State Museum of Natural History in Stuttgart, Germany, talks with host Andrew McDiarmid about evidence for macroevolution among insects. The fossil record is “saturated,” Bechly says. By that he doesn’t mean there aren’t new fossil forms to discover. Bechly himself has discovered several. He means we have an extensive enough sampling to confidently discern the major patterns of change and stasis in the history of life. And it shows no sign of insect evolution. It shows

03/28/19 Conservatives have been battling with Facebook, Twitter and other social media for quite some time for the right to free speech. From shadow banning to biased algorithms, to demonetizing of websites and outright bans on YouTube, conservatives have been forced to scramble as their audience is blocked and their methods of generating income are restricted. Such actions are not limited to the online world as Chick-fil-A discovered this week when it was banned from the San Antonio International Airport for it’s pro-family beliefs. So, what happens when financial services and credit card companies target people for their political views?

03/28/19 What in the world has happened to us? Once upon a time, America had the greatest system of education on the entire planet, and our people were sharp, capable and extremely well informed. Sadly, none of those things are true anymore. In 2006, Mike Judge made a movie entitled “Idiocracy” in which an individual of below average intelligence wakes up after being asleep for 500 years thanks to a military hibernation experiment. When he wakes up, he quickly realizes that he is now the smartest man in America, and that is not a good thing. The film

By Dr. Mercola The health editor for the Daily Mail recently published an article touting the merits of statin cholesterol-lowering drugs and, worse, eschewing the “deadly propaganda of the statin deniers.”1 Pointing to an analysis published in BMJ, which suggested 200,000 patients may have stopped taking statins due to negative media reports about the drugs,2 the article attacks those who question statins’ merits and claims the notion that statins reduce the risk of a major cardiac event as “indisputable scientific fact.”3 The real story is far from black and white, however, which is why the great statin debate continues —

By Sara Middleton, staff writer (NaturalHealth365) Vitamin deficiency is a common global issue, and there may be none more common than a deficiency in vitamin D. For example, 2008 research published in JAMA found that 3 out of 4 American adolescents and adults are lacking in vitamin D. And, certain ethnic groups, such as Mexican-Americans and non-Hispanic blacks, have deficiency rates as high as 90% and 97%, respectively. This is truly a worldwide health crisis that could be easily fixed. We can only hope that, through awareness, this information will have a positive effect on the world. Vitamin D is

By Günter Bechly On this episode of ID the Future, Andrew McDiarmid interviews paleoentomologist Günter Bechly about human evolution, and how the story keeps getting rewritten. The “out of Africa” story was once “indisputable,” but recent evidence has overturned it; it’s now “dead.” The human phylogenetic tree is riddled with question marks. An original human pair is no longer out of the question. So much weakly founded evidence has been oversold in the past, says Bechly, it’s still wise to apply a healthy dose of skepticism toward today’s “indisputable facts” of human evolution.
