By Ken Ham I have some sad news to share: My long-time friend and colleague, Graham Scott, who headed up our sister group in the United Kingdom for many years, passed away yesterday. He was a very dedicated servant of God who worked tirelessly and sacrificially to proclaim the creation-gospel message throughout the UK and the rest of Europe. I will have more to say about this dear brother tomorrow on my blog. Graham leaves behind his wife Anthea and daughter Philippa—please pray for them. Below is a 2012 photo of Graham and Anthea: The Next Bible Bee While I’m [More]
By Creation Moments One of the areas in which modern technology is advancing most rapidly is fiber optics. Crystal clear telephone messages are carried on cables of special fibers that conduct messages in digital form, using laser light. Christian healthcare sharing programs, which are exempt from the Affordable Care Act, popularly known as “Obamacare,” have seen a spike in growth in the last few years as the new healthcare law is being implemented. Medi-Share has grown by about 20 percent per year for the last several years, Andrea Miller, M.D., told The Christian Post in a Friday interview, and currently has over 62,000 members. Miller is medical director and vice president of sharing for Christian Care Ministry, which administers Medi-Share, one of the three largest healthcare sharing programs in the United States, along with Christian Healthcare Ministries and [More]
Truth becomes treason in an empire of lies. Attacks against health web sites like yours truly and others, and our readers—yes, that would be you—are rapidly escalating. Thinly veiled threats are issued not just by industry spokespersons (many of whom hide their industry ties from their readers), but also international organizations like UNICEF. It’s become very evident, very quickly, that now more than ever, we need your support to counter the increasingly dirty tactics of these industry players. Simply by reporting the scientific evidence—which is published in peer-reviewed journals, mind you—I’ve been labeled as a top “anti-vaccine influencer” for my [More]

By Creation Moments In man’s way of thinking, a small animal – especially one that lives in the ocean – tends to be regarded as unimportant. However, in God’s view, all living things are His creation, and not one is ever unimportant. A good example is the smallest of the sea turtles. While most mature sea turtles weigh hundreds of pounds, the Kemp’s Ridley weighs only 60 to 100 pounds. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

By Creation Moments Is it silly to speak of plants anticipating a good watering or is it naive to think of a plant anticipating spring? Scientists are learning that although plants do not have a nervous system, they do use electrical signals to respond to their surroundings – and sometimes they respond just like human beings! read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

Gluttonous bacteria on the fast track compete with biofilm-makers boldly going where bacteria haven’t gone before. Rapidly “evolving” bacteria are in the news. A mutation toggling the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa between two distinct forms is generating excitement among evolutionary biologists. Joao Xavier of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and colleagues report in Cell Reports that they have repeatedly observed Pseudomonas evolve into “hyperswarmers.” …read more Read more here: AIG Daily

By Creation Moments You are the pilot of a Boeing 767 airliner, bringing the great ship in for a landing. Approaching the airport, you extend the slat on the leading edge of each wing so that you have more lift as your speed slows. As the runway nears, you raise the nose of the plane to catch more air. In the final moments of landing, you bring the feathers, which act as air brakes, out of the wing to reduce your lift and settle easily onto the runway. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

By Ken Ham Before I left for Australia, I had the opportunity to do a few media interviews, including two film projects. One project is on hummingbirds, of all things! The other project is associated with our friends at Vision Forum Ministries, which is involved in the production of many Christian films. Vision Forum also encourages others to produce Christian-themed films, including through its well-known San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival. The current film happens to be on the topic of the dragon legends we hear about all over the world. That’s also the theme of one of the newest [More]
