By Ken Ham Recently my brother Stephen was able to talk with a professor of church history about a very important aspect of American church history, the Crawford Toy controversy. This controversy, involving liberal teaching from an Old Testament interpretation and languages professor, was one of the first instances of major influence in the church from uniformitarian and Darwinian philosophies. Here is a quick account of Stephen’s conversation on this important topic, but be sure to listen to the full Answers Conversation episode (part 1 and part 2). The program is also available for download as a <a class="colorbox" href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/answers-conversation/id658287172" [More]

By Multimedia On this episode of ID the Future, David Boze talks with Casey Luskin about the Precambrian fossil Vernanimalcula, which was thought to be the proof that Darwinists needed to refute the idea of the Cambrian explosion–the idea that life exploded in complexity during a specific period of time. Vernanimalcula was thought to be the Precambrian ancestor of all bilaterian animals, dating back to tens of millions of years prior to the Cambrian explosion. However, a new article published in Evolution & Development has concluded that “There is no evidential basis for interpreting Vernanimalcula as an animal, let alone [More]
By Ken Ham Ark construction update: Yesterday I spent a couple of hours at the Ark construction site—amazing to see how much progress has been made. It is virtually impossible for anyone to grasp the enormity of this project unless you can be there and walk around it all. I took this short video with my iPhone camera, overlooking the actual site where the life-size Ark is being constructed—the last section of the video overlooks the actual Ark construction area. If you look carefully you can see many vehicles in the distance. There are workers installing sewer lines, water, electricity, [More]

By Multimedia On this episode of ID the Future, Casey sits down with Senior Fellow Dr. Michael Denton for a discussion of paradigm shifts in science. Dr. Denton reflects on paradigm shifts that he’s witnessed in his lifetime and how his own thinking has changed over the years, and also looks at how these shifts challenge Darwinian evolution in new ways. By Creation Moments We have all heard that our ability to communicate our thoughts is one of the things that make humans unique. On the evolutionary scale of things, language was considered a sophisticated development. Supposedly, chickens didn’t have any thoughts worth communicating anyway. Now, this view is being challenged by multiple studies of animal communication. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments
In the year 2014, at least a half dozen fascinating observations confirmed the recent creation of our world and universe. For example, researchers took a closer look at Saturn’s moon Enceladus, finding that it has more than just the single known geyser spewing icy material into space—it has 101 active geysers. By Ken Ham As one firefighter is reportedly out of a job after standing up for biblical authority, religious freedom is under attack in America yet again. Thankfully, the Bible gives us truth and understanding in the midst of persecution. According to Fox News, Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran was recently fired for expressing his Christian views on homosexual behavior. In a short book on biblical morality, Cochran included homosexuality alongside a list of other sexual sins such as polygamy, bestiality, and fornication. In the Fox article he says, “I did not single out homosexuality . . . I simply [More]
By Ken Ham Recently, AiG speaker Bryan Osborne and I spoke at Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This conference was met with a tremendous response and many people posted on my Facebook to let me know how much they enjoyed the conference and how it helped equip them with answers. I blogged about the feedback we received from this conference in my previous post. Well, Brainerd Baptist Church recorded the sessions, and they are now available on our YouTube channel. I encourage you to view these informative sessions to equip yourself with answers …read more Read more here: Ken [More]
“Great article. Here’s another excellent article documenting such zones in France.” Admin The “no-go zones” in some Western nations, where law enforcement has lost control because of the influence of Islamic law, are coming to America. That’s according to several Islam experts interviewed by WND who believe the kind of Muslim enclaves that have developed in Europe due to a lack of assimilation will eventually arise in the U.S. as the Muslim population grows. The contention that “no-go” zones exist is controversial, as evidenced by the widespread ridicule that arose when an analyst said in a Fox News interview shortly [More]
“Just another example of PC zealots running amok. Why should a 10 yr. old be   informed about lesbianism anyways. These inspectors just can’t stand the fact that their godless agenda is not being implemented to their satisfaction.”  Admin A mother has told of her ten-year-old daughter’s devastation that her school was branded ‘intolerant’ after she gave the wrong answer when asked ‘what is a lesbian’. Ariella Wilkinson came home crying after Ofsted inspectors interrogated her about homosexuality during a visit to Grindon Hall Christian School. The free school, in Sunderland, has now been put in special measures after an [More]
By Creation Moments The Bible tells us that in conquering Canaan, Joshua destroyed the city of Hazor, which was the chief city in the area. Bible critics are usually skeptical of the claims made by the Bible, especially when it comes to Israel’s conquest of Canaan. Excavations at Hazor began in 1955 and have gone on sporadically ever since. Archaeologists wanted to know when Hazor was destroyed and who it was that destroyed it. Doubting that Israel could have caused the destruction, some suggested Hazor was destroyed by the Philistines, by another Canaanite city, or the Egyptians. read more …read [More]

We might learn an important lesson from a bit of embarrassment Big Bang supporters suffered in 2014. In March, mainstream media outlets announced that the BICEP2 radio astronomy telescope team discovered indirect remains of the Big Bang’s supposed inflationary period. Headlines identified their astronomical observations as “smoking gun” evidence for the Big Bang itself, but it didn’t take long at all for this smoke to clear. By Ken Ham Our good friend David Wheaton, head of the ministry The Christian Worldview (also the title of his national radio broadcast) and a world-ranked tennis player, has reminded me of his annual essay contest that offers scholarship money to attend The Master’s College in California. Here is what he wrote to us: The Christian Worldview is offering high school seniors and college-transfer students the opportunity to win a $4,000 scholarship and all-expense paid visit to The Master’s College in southern California through submitting a 600–750 word essay on the following topic: Define and explain the doctrine of Biblical [More]
This Clean Eating Raw Walnut Fudge has to be the most easy raw dessert recipe I have ever made using only 5 clean ingredients. By Ken Ham There is so much activity going on with the Ark Encounter project right now in Northern Kentucky that it’s hard to keep up with it all! There are many behind-the-scenes activities going on that most people will not be aware of—and here is just one example. This is a photograph of AiG cofounder Mike Zovath, who is the Chief Action Officer for Answers in Genesis and the Ark Encounter, approving all the design plans: architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, fire, and plumbing. This was all completed in November. The site plans were approved prior to the excavation beginning—and [More]
The jihadist attack on the Paris offices of Charlie Hebdo, a French magazine known for lampooning Islam, has cast a spotlight on so-called no-go zones in France and other European countries. No-go zones are Muslim-dominated neighborhoods that are largely off limits to non-Muslims due to a variety of factors, including the lawlessness and insecurity that pervades a great number of these areas. Host-country authorities have effectively lost control over many no-go zones and are often unable or unwilling to provide even basic public aid, such as police, fire fighting and ambulance services, out of fear of being attacked by Muslim [More]
The fewer sunspot activities on the Sun witnessed since the last two solar cycles might lead to a “mini ice age-like situation” in coming years, Shrinivas Aundhkar, the director of Mahatma Gandhi Mission, Centre for Astronomy and Space Technology, Nanded, said here on Tuesday. “The sunspots that can be seen on the Sun have comparatively less temperature compared to other surfaces on it (Sun),” he said while addressing a gathering for a lecture, Get Ready for Little Ice Age, held as part of the Narendra Dabholkar lecture series.
