By everybodysfit When exercise takes place, we are moving our body with the intention to better our health. There are many different ways to work up a sweat, each placing different demands on our heart and activated muscles. The two main forms of cardiovascular activity are aerobic and anaerobic. Selection of either can be influenced by a person’s age, goals, and level of fitness. Either way, we have to make time to move, but maybe knowing what moves are best for you and your body can help you make better, more effective, and informed choices. Aerobic exercise is done at

Many cosmetics sold in the U.S. and Canada likely contain high levels of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), a potentially toxic class of chemicals linked to a number of serious health conditions, according to new research from the University of Notre Dame. Scientists tested more than 200 cosmetics including concealers, foundations, eye and eyebrow products and various lip products. According to the study, 56% of foundations and eye products, 48% of lip products and 47% of mascaras tested were found to contain high levels of fluorine, which is an indicator of PFAS use in the product. The study was

Never in modern medicine have we ever considered mass vaccination of children with an investigational biologic product with no proven efficacy or safety. Fortunately, studies demonstrated that children could not asymptomatically spread the virus. SARS-CoV-2 causes a very mild upper respiratory tract infection in children, and last year, more children died of influenza than COVID-19. Now the issue of vaccination has been brought forward for children with limited studies demonstrating COVID-19 antibodies after vaccination. These registrational studies for the mRNA vaccines demonstrated no clinical benefit. Conversely, data from the VAERS system demonstrates that more children will be harmed with the

Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin has been suspended by YouTube for uploading videos that the Google-owned platform says are contributing to the spread of “misinformation” about the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19). Johnson had uploaded several videos about the benefits of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) in the treatment of the Chinese Virus, which is not allowed because Tony Fauci and Rochelle Walensky say so. Consequently, Johnson’s channel has been struck from uploading any more videos for the next seven days. “YouTube’s arrogant Covid censorship continues,” Johnson wrote. “How many lives will be lost as a result? How many lives could have been

A group of Florida parents concerned about the potential harm of wearing masks during the school day sent their children’s face coverings to a lab for analysis. “We need to know what we are putting on the faces of our children each day. Masks provide a warm, moist environment for bacteria to grow,” said a parent who participated in the analysis, Amanda Donoho. Of the six masks that were examined, five were contaminated with bacteria, parasites and fungi, noted Scott Morefield of Townhall.com. Three of the masks had dangerous pathogenic and pneumonia-causing bacteria. Read More: Yuck! Parents

By Brian-Admin Comments by Brian ShilhavyEditor, Health Impact News Big Pharma has been trying to create a blockbuster drug for the very lucrative Alzheimer’s Disease market for more than a decade. But they have repeatedly failed, mainly because they start with the wrong presuppositions on the cause of Alzheimer’s, basing it on “genetics” instead of environmental causes. The over 55 age population has always been a cash cow for Big Pharma, as the most profitable drug of all time was Pfizer’s Lipitor, a statin drug that artificially lowers one’s cholesterol. On June 10, Dr. Robert Malone, creator of mRNA vaccine technology, joined evolutionary biologist Brett Brownstein, Ph.D., for a 3-hour conversation on the “Dark Horse Podcast” to discuss multiple safety concerns related to the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. In this short outtake from the full podcast, Malone, Brownstein and tech entrepreneur Steve Kirsch touch on the implications of the controversial Japanese Pfizer biodistribution study. The study was made public earlier this month by Dr. Byram Bridle, a viral immunologist. They also discuss the lack of proper animal studies for the new mRNA vaccines, and the theory, espoused by

“In this article a retired physician gives his take on why Ivermectin as a treatment for covid is so heavily censored by the media, government and big medicine. He thinks it’s primarily for profit motives which he details and I’m sure this plays a significant role. However there are others who see a darker side to this beyond just money.” Admin Many practicing physicians trying to provide appropriate care for their patients have been intentionally misled by entities that previously could be trusted. We should understand that using self-funded, evidence-based studies and also treating empirically is how individual physicians

Waking up just one hour earlier could reduce a person’s risk of major depression by 23%, according to a new genetic study in the journal JAMA Psychiatry. The study of 840,000 people, by researchers at University of Colorado Boulder and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, is among the first to quantify just how much, or little, change is required to influence mental health. “Given governments insatiable desire for power I would be surprised if this ended in 12 months. If it did, it would be for the purpose of installing something even more draconian.” Admin The European Commission on June 14 formally signed legislation to create the EU Digital COVID Certificate. The regulation will take effect July 1 and expire in 12 months. Member States are required to start issuing the first certificates within six weeks of the July 1 start date, if they haven’t done so by then. During the official signing ceremony, three main EU institutions — Parliament,

“Great article! Shows how deceptive and corrupt government, big medicine and big pharma are. Basically, if you have natural immunity you don’t need the shot but read the article to get all the details.” Admin The newest wrinkle on pandemic corruption is how most of the medical and public health establishment refuses to accept natural immunity, obtained through COVID infection, as equivalent to or even better than the artificial immunity obtained from vaccines. The reason is simple. The more that natural immunity is accepted, the more reason there is to reject getting one of the experimental COVID vaccines.

Scientists are concerned that measures to combat Covid-19 have weakened the immune systems of young children who have not been able to build up resistance to common bugs, leaving them vulnerable when mask-wearing and social distancing eventually end. Contact with viral pathogens happens on a fairly regular basis and although it does not always lead to sickness, the exposure helps shore the immune system against the threat should the bugs be encountered again. Comment: You can put this in the bag of things everyone already knew and which should have been taken into account but weren’t. Over the past 14

By Lori Alton, staff writer (NaturalHealth365) Are you a loner – or a crowd lover? New research published in Frontiers in Psychiatry shows that this may depend – at least in part – on the diversity of your gut bacteria. Strange as it may sound, the health of the gut microbiome (the community of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract) may help to shape personality, and even influence traits such as wisdom and sociability. A few decades ago, the concept that microbes in the intestinal tract could affect mood and personality would have sounded ridiculous to many in Western medicine.

By Damon Hines, staff writer (NaturalHealth365) Why is it that most of the world’s anchovies aren’t destined for the dinner plate but processed into fishmeal and oil for use in animal feeds, food additives, and fertilizers? But here’s the thing about anchovies: the small, bite-sized fish are a superfood that can greatly impact human health and cognitive
