By Ken Ham Well, atheist groups are again showing their intolerance for anything—or anyone!—Christian. A friend of our ministry, Eric Hovind of Creation Today, recently spoke in a public high school debate class in Georgia on critical thinking. Well, an atheist group, the Freedom from Religion Foundation (FFRF), is “requesting an investigation into Hovind’s appearance.” Apparently, a lawyer from FFRF wrote a letter to the school stating, “It is unconstitutional and completely inappropriate for TCCHS to host a fundamentalist Christian speaker whose sole purpose and goal is the promotion of biblical creationism . . . . It is difficult for

By Ken Ham It was a historic day at the life-size Ark construction site today. The first heavy timbers arrived from Colorado on two tractor trailer loads (180 more loads to come plus other loads carrying the glulams, the outside cladding, and so on). These timbers are but a small part of the 3.3 million board feet of timber to be used in the construction of the Ark. One board foot is 12 inches long by 12 inches wide by one inch thick, and 3.3 million board feet would stretch from where the Ark is being built in Williamstown, Kentucky,

By Ken Ham “Pray because there is no other weapon we know to combat the powers of this world,” said Dr. K.P. Yohannan, Gospel for Asia (GFA) founder and president, in a special presentation for the AiG staff on the National Day of Prayer. We are often blessed during our morning staff meetings to hear and learn from leaders in other ministries around the world. Well, recently K.P. shared with us about his passion for prayer, which is fueled by his own testimony, a direct result of his mother’s prayers for him. K.P. grew up in India, blessed to be

By Multimedia On this episode of ID the Future, Casey Luskin exposes how evidence given for macroevolution in The Language of Science and Faith is too weak to hold any weight. In their book, Francis Collins and Karl Giberson make the all-too-common claim that macroevolution is merely microevolution over a prolonged period of time. Are the proposed mechanisms really as simple as they sound? Luskin discusses the insufficiency of Collins and Gibersons’ argument in Part 5 of his continued review of The Language of Science and Faith. “Basically, all charges have been dropped so Kent should be released in the near future.” Admin The U.S. district judge that has been overseeing the case of an imprisoned creation science evangelist has granted a motion for acquittal surrounding a contempt charge involving the contesting a property lien while incarcerated. As previously reported, Kent Hovind, the founder of Creation Science Evangelism out of Pensacola, Florida, had been fighting charges of mail fraud and contempt for fighting liens against ministry property that had been seized by the government several years ago. A jury deadlocked on three of the four charges in

By Ken Ham An unusual-looking vehicle was spotted in the Creation Museum parking lot recently. With the words “Save the Storks” on the side, the bus caught the attention of many people. These “stork buses” are part of a non-profit ministry that, in Christian love, reaches out to women as “mobile medical units.” These buses are used by many pregnancy centers across the nation to provide pregnant women with free 3-D sonograms (or ultrasounds). It allows pro-life Stork Bus affiliates to go to troubled pregnant women, instead of waiting for them to come to them. The sonograms give women the
