By Ken Ham Do you know what we need to do in response to the Supreme Court decision on Friday? (Though this is really a symptom of a very sick culture that has shaken its fist at God, and a sad reflection of the state of much of the church that has not stood on God’s Word as it should.) For one, we need to build an Ark—a life-size Ark—as a sign to the world that God’s Word is true and the message of salvation is true. I thought of that as I visited the Ark construction site this afternoon.

By Multimedia On this episode of ID the Future, Casey Luskin again sits down with Dr. Wolf-Ekkehard Lönnig, a retired geneticist from the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research, to continue their talk on the law of recurrent variation and the problems it poses for Darwinian evolution. In this segment, Dr. Lönnig describes how mutation breeding has largely stopped worldwide, even as belief and faith in accidental mutations as the basis for all life forms is still flourishing. By Ken Ham Our supposed evolutionary ancestry is often used by evolutionists to explain just about everything about humans. Well, a recent article blared this headline, “Cheating: Where Primal Evolution Meets Modern Opportunity.” The article asks this question, “Are unfaithful ancestors the reason why some people cheat?” In answering this question the article looks to research from a relationships researcher at a university in my home country of Australia. Apparently, he “believes the habits of early humans play a huge role in the decisions people make about monogamy.” He says that, according to evolutionary thinking, Our unfaithful ancestors reproduced with

By Ken Ham The finale of A.D. The Bible Continues, a mini-series on NBC television that supposedly traces the history of the church in the book of Acts, recently aired. Each week we’ve provided an in-depth review of the latest episode. Researchers and writers Avery Foley and Troy Lacey offer this review of the last episode: Well, the first (and, we hope, the only) season of A.D. The Bible Continues is over. The season finale brought all of the Temple, Christian, and Roman drama to a climax as the blasphemous statue of Emperor Caligula was brought to the Temple. Of

By Creation Moments We love it when one of our listeners brings something of interest to our attention that we can pass along to other listeners. A listener sent us a link to an article at the National Geographic website on little-known facts about the eyes of animals. Since National Geographic treats evolution as fact, no mention was made that God created the eyes of these animals. But we are sure that our listeners will be quick to give credit where credit is due! read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments
By Ken Ham Episode eleven of A.D. The Bible Continues recently aired on NBC television. This series, as we’ve shown over the past ten weeks, is full of both biblical and historical errors—we certainly don’t recommend it for anyone who wants to know more about the book of Acts or first-century Judea! Well, researchers and writers Avery Foley and Troy Lacey provide the following review of the latest episode: This eleventh episode is yet another installment in the series marred by historical and biblical inaccuracies. As we’ve pointed out previously, both Pilate and Caiaphas were removed from office during the

By Ken Ham It isn’t often that Hollywood portrays dinosaurs and man living together. But a new Pixar movie coming out this November does just that (as does the new Jurassic World movie, but in that film the dinosaurs have been brought back to life after 65 million years). The description of The Good Dinosaur under the trailer describes the movie this way: “‘The Good Dinosaur’ asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the

By Ken Ham I have been amazed to read many wrong or misleading comments on TV programs, in newspapers, and on the web discussing the topic of “race” as it relates to the horrible South Carolina church shooting last week. I have also been shocked to read many uninformed comments on my Facebook page as people responded to information I posted on the South Carolina tragedy and the “race” issue in America. So many people just do not understand things like the genetics of skin shade (I don’t like the words “skin color,” by the way), issues pertaining to so-called

By Ken Ham Many AiG supporters are homeschool families who find our Bible-upholding resources extremely helpful as they teach their children. We recently received an email from a homeschool mom who appreciates the thousands of free articles and other resources available on our website. She uses these resources to combat the heavy evolutionary teaching that is present everywhere. She writes, I just wanted to say thank you for all the great articles posted on your website. We homeschool using many different books and of course we run into evolutionary presumptions all the time. The amount of false information, even after

By Ken Ham Did you know that in the 1920s in America, a major biology textbook used in public schools was A Civic Biology by Hunter, and it stated the following? At the present time there exist upon the earth five races . . . the highest type of all, the Caucasians, represented by the civilized white inhabitants of Europe and America. No wonder the late Stephen Jay Gould (famed evolutionist at Harvard University) stated in 1977: Biological arguments for racism may have been common before 1859, but they increased by orders of magnitude following the acceptance of evolutionary theory.

By Ken Ham A verse for fathers to ponder this morning: A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children. (Proverbs 13:22) My father (who went to be with the Lord 20 years ago this month) provided for his wife and children with material needs. And they used whatever they could to enable people to hear the truth of God’s Word and the gospel. Even though my parents never had much in the way of material resources, the “inheritance” I praise and thank the Lord that my father passed on to his children something priceless—that “spiritual inheritance” that is

By Ken Ham We invited the media to a special news coverage day at the Ark Encounter construction site. The reporters had a unique opportunity to walk on top of the concrete measures platform, which will support the timber structure. Answers in Genesis cofounder Mark Looy and I were able to share with the media the vision behind the life-size Noah’s Ark project—I believe it will be one of the greatest evangelistic Christian outreaches of our day. Drs Nathaniel Jeanson (AiG’s newest research staff member) and Andrew Snelling stood on the platform with us to be introduced to the media—they
