By Ken Ham We pray this would never happen in America—but it’s reported to be happening in China as you will read below. Meanwhile, the free exercise of Christianity is definitely under threat in the US, as I have posted about many times. A recent Associated Press news report stated, Authorities in southeastern Zhejiang province are believed to be under a two-month deadline to remove crosses from the spires, vaults, roofs and wall arches of the 4,000 or so churches that dot the landscape of this economically thriving region. In a rare move, even China’s semiofficial Christian associations—which are supposed

By Ken Ham When visiting tourist sites or going on tours in Australia, one is reminded again and again of the intense evolutionary indoctrination the public receives. Over and over again we heard “millions of years” and “evolution” from tour guides (and we also saw these terms on numerous signs). But such guides just quote what they’ve read somewhere or been told to say—they can’t defend their position. And some of them make the most ludicrous statements. On a river cruise in far North Queensland looking for crocodiles in the wild (and we found some—see photographs) the guide said, “Crocodiles

By Creation Moments If you have never opened a bottle of wine, let me give you a little instruction on how to use a corkscrew. First, you puncture the cork with the corkscrew’s tip. Then you turn the handle, forcing the metal screw deeper and deeper into the cork. Finally, when it is deep inside the cork, you pull on the handle of the corkscrew, removing the cork from the bottle and spilling wine all over your white shirt! read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

By Creation Moments Darwinists and climate-change alarmists are frequently heard to say that their respective topics are a matter of “settled science.” They use this term to silence critics. But is this how science is supposed to work? The late Dr. Michael Crichton, best known as the author of Jurassic Park, didn’t think so. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments
By Ken Ham A poll by Caddell Associates was summarized by the Washington Examiner this way: “When asked which was more important, by a 4 to 1 ratio, voters said protecting religious liberty (31 percent) over protecting gay and lesbian rights (8 percent),” said Caddell, who added that most of the rest said both are important. The potential for a war is great, since a top Obama official suggested during the recent same sex marriage case that the administration could force groups opposed to gay weddings on religious ground to buckle under. There have been several standoffs and legal cases

By Ken Ham So after arriving home from Australia, and now in a jet-lagged state, what was the first thing my wife and I did? Go to the life-size Ark construction site at Williamstown, Kentucky, of course, to receive an update from the construction superintendent. It’s amazing to see the progress. We were able to climb up to deck 4—the roof deck. From there you can clearly see the 4,000-space parking area (about 1 mile away by the shuttle road). Two of the three towers (that contain stairs, elevators, and restrooms—and anchor the Ark …read more Read more here: Ken

By Ken Ham Exactly one year from today, a team of people from all over the world will descend on Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for a very special purpose—to fulfill the Great Commission, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). You see, people from an estimated 207 countries will be gathering in Rio to celebrate the 2016 Summer Olympic Games, so it’s the perfect opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with people from “all the nations”! By Ken Ham I am looking forward to travelling to the UK this September for the UK Mega Conference, Answering the Sceptics. At last year’s conference we were thrilled to see over 1,300 people register! Sadly, in the UK many of even the most theologically conservative churches and Christian leaders have compromised on the issue of millions of years and evolution. These apologetics conferences that encourage and equip Christians to stand solidly on the authority of God’s Word without compromise from the very first verse are desperately needed. Well, this conference coming to Belfast, Northern Ireland, September 3–5 is packed

By Ken Ham In a day and age when the culture by and large has turned away from God’s Word and openly ridicules those who choose to stand firmly on God’s Word, it’s hard to raise our children to love the Lord and honor, obey, and trust His Word. But it’s so important that we teach the next generation to stand on the authority of God’s Word from the very beginning, and to think biblically. That’s why we provide you with powerful resources that will help you as a parent to accomplish the task of training up your child in

By Multimedia In this episode of ID The Future, Andrew McDiarmid catches up with Dr. Stephen Meyer to clarify two important points raised during his recent discussion with Alex Berezow of Real Clear Science on the Michael Medved Show. Berezow uses developmental hox genes and the research of Richard Lenski as examples of the creative power of the mutation/selection Darwinian mechanism. Here, Meyer points out that although hox genes can produce changes in an organism during development, the changes are usually deleterious and are expressed after body plan formation has already been established. Meyer also clarifies the results of Richard

By Ken Ham Over the last few months there has been increasing controversy regarding the Boy Scouts of America’s (BSA) ban on gay leaders. The BSA already ended the ban on openly gay scouts, and it wasn’t long before the discussion turned toward gay leaders. Well, on Monday, July 27, the National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America ratified a resolution that permits openly gay adult leaders and employees. The resolution was passed by a 79% vote. This is just another example of the further erosion of standards based on biblical authority and morality. Now, the BSA holds
