By Ken Ham Several years ago, we launched our Explore and Explore Jr. programs which allow children and young people to discover more about the Creator and his creation through hands-on activities and expert teaching from a biblical worldview perspective. These programs have been incredibly popular, with many adults wishing they could join in! So, I’m excited to announce the launch of Exploration. Such programs are really unique in the world. Exploration takes our Explore programs to a new level for adults (18+). We had our first program earlier this year, Forensic Exploration, which sold out quickly. Participants had a [More]
By William A. Dembski On this ID the Future, mathematician and philosopher William Dembski shares with host Eric Anderson about a revised and updated edition of Dembski’s pioneering 1998 Cambridge University Press book, The Design Inference. Dembski says he stands by that work and his early contributions to intelligent design theory, but adds that he has learned a lot more in the intervening years, particularly from his work with Robert J. Marks and Winston Ewert at the Evolutionary Informatics lab. Lessons from that and other work, Dembski explains, will enrich the new edition. What light do these design-detecting methods shed [More]

By Ken Ham Jesus wasn’t just some mythical figure who Christians believed existed 2,000 years ago. And he also wasn’t just a good teacher or example for us to follow. No, the Jesus of the Bible is God in the flesh, the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies, and the only perfect sacrifice for our sin who defeated death by rising from the grave. And we want to equip Christians to defend that truth. Cutting-edge technologies will enhance your understanding of the city that witnessed so many key events recorded in Scripture. We’re very excited that one of the world’s [More]

By William A. Dembski On this ID the Future, mathematician William Dembski and host Eric Anderson explore whether design detection tools shed any light on the recent chess scandal involving world chess champion Magnus Carlsen and American grandmaster Hans Moke Niemann. Did Niemann cheat in a match where he beat Carlson, as some have claimed? There is no smoking gun in the case, so how might one determine if cheating occurred? At first glance the problem might seem far removed from the design detecting rules and tools Dembski laid out in his Cambridge University Press monograph The Design Inference. But [More]
By Ken Ham New legislation is being proposed in the state of Illinois that would amend the “Reproductive Health Act” (which allows for abortion-on-demand—which is not “reproductive health,” but death to an unborn child) to include Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) as a “fundamental right” for residents of that state. Now what’s wrong with such a bill? Well, reproductive technologies come with a wide range of ethical dilemmas and outright evils, such as “the serial manufacturing and destruction of embryos” for various reproductive procedures, the intentional killing of embryos deemed “less fit” for survival, the selective abortion of multiples, or the [More]
By Nancy Pearcey On this ID the Future from the vault, Nancy Pearcey, author of numerous books, including The Soul of Science (co-authored with Charles Thaxton) and Love Thy Body: Answering Hard Questions about Life and Sexuality, challenges the common belief that Darwin’s leading early supporters were convinced of the main pillars of his theory. Many in the nineteenth century were already primed to accept a theory of evolution, but not necessarily by natural selection. As Pearcey explains, some of Darwin’s chief supporters had grave doubts about natural selection’s role, and some of them believed that God or a “vital [More]

By Ken Ham I’m sure you’ve noticed I often refer to my father in my articles and other writings. It’s a reminder to me (and I trust to all who read those articles) of the impact parents have on their children. And as you know, in recent times, I’ve been stressing the importance of impacting the younger generations with the truth of God’s Word and the gospel. So many of the younger generations have been captured by the world, and even many of those who were brought up in the church have walked away to travel the broad way of [More]
By Ken Ham If you’ve visited the Creation Museum and toured our fascinating Borderland: Israel at the Time of Jesus exhibit, you know the content is incredibly deep. In fact, it’s such a detailed exhibit that it’s challenging to explore all of the content in just one visit. Well, I’m excited that you can now bring home the exhibit (and much more information) in a new book, Our Borderland exhibit helps bridge the gap (about 400 years) between the close of the Old Testament and the opening of the New Testament. Our Borderland exhibit helps bridge the gap (about 400 [More]

By ID the Future On this ID the Future, host Joshua Youngkin interviews the author of I, Charles Darwin, Nickell John Romjue, about his unique book in which a time-traveling Charles Darwin returns to the modern day. What would happen if Charles Darwin were to come back today? I, Charles Darwin examines that issue scientifically and culturally. In this conversation, Romjue describes what drew him to the subject and some of the things he did to prepare for writing the novella. ID the Future ran his audio book as a five-part series. Part 1 is here. Part 2 is here. [More]
By Michael Behe On today’s ID the Future, Michael Medved interviews biologist Michael Behe about Behe’s visually stunning YouTube series, Secrets of the Cell. Behe summarizes one of the key messages of the video series, namely that everything from the life-essential blood clotting system to a myriad of crucial protein structures in our bodies increasingly appear to be far beyond the reach of blind evolutionary mechanisms to build. Instead they appear to be the work of planning and purpose, which is the purview of mind. Meanwhile, even many mainstream evolutionists are growing skeptical of neo-Darwinism, Behe says, as biologists continue [More]

By Ken Ham The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum are quickly turning into a winter wonderland. No, it’s not snowing yet. But our grounds crews have been hard at work for several months now, carefully setting up the hundreds of thousands of lights that will transform both attractions into a spectacular Christmas display the day after Thanksgiving (November 25, 2022). You won’t want to miss it! I’m always amazed by the work our grounds crews do to prepare for our Christmas outreaches. They don’t just string up some lights or drape them over some trees. There’s an incredible amount of [More]
By Ken Ham This is truly horrifying. The largest public school system in Maryland recently had their students—from elementary through high school—fill out a form “designed to understand and support a student’s gender identity” (423 forms have been submitted in four years). It asks students for their “‘identified name,’ ‘identified gender’ and their preferred pronouns.” And the results are shocking. The New Social Contagion In 2019, this form found just 35 students throughout the whole system who identified as “non-binary” (identifying as something outside the male-female “binary”). The same form in 2021 (the results were just made public) found . [More]
