Creation Ministries receives hundreds of testimonies detailing the positive impact that our speaking events and resources have had over the years. Stories collected of people’s faith being rescued after having their confidence in the Bible shipwrecked by evolutionary indoctrination in schools etc. are an energizing reminder to us of why we do what we do. Often we do not get to see the impact immediately, but we confidently expect that God is working in the minds and hearts of the people we reach. It is encouraging when we get to experience such happenings in ‘real time’. So to help relate

By Creation Moments It is a common perception that scientists are totally objective and impartial in their search for the truth. If a scientist says so, it must be true! Please join me, many of our staff, and special guests for our 2014 Answers Mega Conference for the family, “Creation to the Cross.” This year, we’re excited to announce that the Answers Mega Conference will be held at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa in beautiful southern California. By Ken Ham Well, Paramount has done it again! The studio has produced a new trailer for the Noah movie (to be released in theaters March 28) that I believe is really another Hollywood deception (like the previous video clip). It’s designed to make Christians think this Noah movie accurately portrays the account of Noah, the Ark, and the Flood in the Bible—which it certainly does not. (See my previous blog post on the film that was previewed by one of our staff members a few months ago.) The new video trailer is described this way: The video . .

By Creation Moments Just how good are those radiocarbon dates? When reporting an exciting archaeological discovery, popular science magazines tell the reader, for example, that some man-made artifact is 40,000 years old. A few years ago it was common to find tolerance figures such as plus or minus 1,500 years attached to these ages. These tolerance figures effectively leave an impression of objective precision in the mind of the reader. Those tolerance figures are seldom used today. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

By Ken Ham As I was preparing for the recent debate with Bill Nye “the Science Guy” (that was held at the Creation Museum on February 4), I saw a lot of nasty comments from secularists. Some stated that scientists shouldn’t debate creationists or they wondered what Bill Nye was thinking that he would come here to the Creation Museum. So it’s always nice for a change when I receive letters of encouragement from Answers in Genesis supporters. I recently received one such letter from a woman who left behind a belief in billions of years after viewing our materials.

By Creation Moments While the nautilus is a familiar sea creature that lives in a shell, it is actually more like the squid and the octopus. Like the squid and the octopus, the nautilus has a well-developed nervous system, mouth, eyes and tentacles and can swim backward quite rapidly by shooting jets of water. It also builds itself a shell home in which to live. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

By Creation Moments Many creation supporters are Christians that are also interested in ancient history and like to read about the latest archaeological discoveries. However, they are concerned when, say, some very ancient remains are carbon-14 dated at forty or even fifty thousand years old. By Creation Moments Accepting that God created man, did He create a non-material part within him we call the soul as well as the familiar material body? Of course, the Bible has a lot to say about man’s soul and that following a person’s death, the soul of the faithful will be with God in heaven. However, there are others who regard the idea of a soul as nothing more than a superstition. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments
By Ken Ham Recently, the Huffington Post website—which often unashamedly displays its anti-Christian agenda—posted an article titled “5 Things Kentucky Could Spend $73 Million On Instead Of A Fake Noah’s Ark.” Before we move on to the text of the article itself, let’s consider the first part of the HuffPost headline: “5 Things Kentucky Could Spend.” Readers are led to the wrong conclusion that the state of Kentucky is helping to build the Ark Encounter. But no tax monies are being used to construct the Ark. In actual fact, AiG will be spending this money in Kentucky so that our

By Ken Ham Actually, I don’t really know what’s going on at Bryan College regarding the book of Genesis—but I wanted to comment on a recent news report that stated, “Bryan College takes stand on creation that has professors worried for their jobs.” The report continues with the following: “The board of trustees is requiring professors and staff to sign a statement saying that they believe Adam and Eve were created in an instant by God and that humans shared no ancestry with other life forms. If they don’t sign, they fear that jobs could be on the line.” (http://www.timesfreepress.com/news/2014/mar/02/bryan-college-draws-takes-stand-creation-has-profe/)
