By Ken Ham A new survey, released September 28 by Ligonier Ministries and Lifeway Research, reveals some not so-surprising results about the state of churches in the United States. We have pointed out many times that there is a great lack of in-depth teaching, very little (if any) teaching on apologetics (how to defend the faith), and a great deal of compromise (especially compromise on Genesis 1–11) in many churches—and some of these are the churches who claim to be “evangelical.” So many people from churches in America don’t really know what they believe or why, and many don’t really

By Ken Ham We have some very exciting news about our popular apologetics magazine, Answers. In a time when many magazines are folding or cutting back, we’re expanding! This is virtually unheard of in the print magazine world. We are so thankful for God’s blessing on this award-winning periodical. Since Answers magazine began 10 years ago, it has been a quarterly publication. Well, instead of four issues, subscribers will now receive six issues per year in their mailbox (or inbox if they subscribe to the digital edition—or both, as many people do) as we expand to a bimonthly publication. By Ken Ham Each year hundreds of volunteers help promote our Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, and faith-building resource materials. For example, keen supporters and medical doctors Hector Aybar and his wife Maritza often make the 1,600-mile round trip from Minnesota to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter in Northern Kentucky. They have made this long journey over 30 times, and each time bring an average of 10 people with them. Few people have the passion that the Aybars have in using apologetics in evangelism. This delightful couple is originally from Puerto Rico. Because they speak Spanish fluently, they have

By Creation Moments According to the theory of evolution, all life is related. There is claimed to be a hierarchy of rising complexity from the earliest simple organisms to man. The earliest organisms are said to include corals, sea anemones and jellyfish that thrived 500 million years ago. These early creatures eventually led to the first creatures to move onto land, and worms were among them. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

By Ken Ham According to news reports, the Obama administration has released new guidelines that force all women’s shelters in America that receive federal funding—even those that are faith based—to admit transgender men. Apparently there was previously a provision that allowed shelters to make the determination on a case-by-case basis, but no longer. Some individuals have expressed concern that male abusers or predators can take advantage of this new law to enter women’s shelters, which are supposed to be safe havens for those who have been victimized. This new law ignores this reasonable objection in an effort to “ensure full

By Creation Moments If you live in a temperate climate, you have probably heard your home pop and crack on cold days. Those sounds are caused by the different materials that make up your house contracting at different rates as the temperature falls. At some point, the growing tensions are released and you hear the result. If you live in a warm climate that is subject to hurricanes, you know that a building is likely to fail at the point where different parts of the house, like the roof and wall, meet together. read more …read more Read more here:

By Ken Ham One of the most exciting experiences of my travels is getting to meet young people who love the Lord and dedicate themselves to His Word. Well, in November I’ll be doing just that at the National Bible Bee Competition (NBBC) in San Antonio, TX. Hundreds of Christian families will gather November 16–20 as their children showcase a passion for and knowledge of the Bible. This competition challenges young people to study and hide God’s Word in their hearts (Psalms 119:11). These families will have the opportunity for fun and togetherness while also hearing God’s Word. They’ll also

By Ken Ham We’ve been blessed to have hundreds of thousands of people visit the Ark Encounter since it opened on July 7, 2016. We attribute part of this phenomenal turnout to the exciting marketing strategies that we launched prior to the opening. Besides radio spots, TV ads, and a brilliant display in Times Square, New York, we were pleased to cosponsor 24-year-old Conor Daly last May when he raced in the 100th running of the Indy 500, one of the most highly attended one-day sporting events in the world. Now you have an opportunity to meet Conor and see
