By Ken Ham We get visitors from all over the world at the Ark Encounter, our world-class attraction in Northern Kentucky. Over the summer a group from the Wood-Mizer (a company that makes portable sawmills and wood-processing equipment) dealership in Ukraine came to see this architectural wonder—the largest timber-frame structure in the world. The group organizer said they “had such a fantastic time.” Wood-Mizer’s magazine published an article about their visit in their Ukrainian edition. Two thousand copies are distributed to Wood-Mizer customers and woodworkers throughout Ukraine. The story was also published in the African and Asian editions, which are

By Ken Ham What does the creation-evolution debate have in common with climate change controversy? Ideas about both are determined by “starting points.” For those who begin with the false belief that the earth is millions of years old, climate change is alarming—the truth is, it’s real but not alarming! Starting with God’s Word, we know there was a catastrophic global Flood 4,300 years ago that totally changed the climate. The earth is still settling down! Climate change has been a reality since the global Flood. But those who deny the fact of a global Flood will not understand climate

By Ken Ham It was recently “Darwin Day,” a day set aside by many, including colleges, institutions, and even churches, to celebrate Darwin’s birthday (February 12) and his supposed contribution to science. As I was reflecting on this day I was reminded of a very different man—Mervyn Alfred Ham, my father—who left a very different legacy. Darwin’s legacy: millions led away from God’s Word to eternity without God. My dad’s (really, my parents’ legacy): millions hear the vital soul-saving gospel message. Charles Darwin Norma and Mervyn Ham Darwin was born February 12, 1809, died in 1882, and was …read more

By Creation Moments Noah saved a pair of each kind of unclean creature, and seven pairs of every kind of clean creature on the Ark. Generally speaking, the classification of “kind” is broader than today’s species. Creationists believe that today’s species developed from those creatures, staying within the kind. For example, while there are many species of fruit flies, they are all of the same kind. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments

These ads—our “I Wonder” campaign—are very high quality and are sure to grab people’s attention. We used an outside marketing group, JDA, to design and film these ads, which I think will be very powerful on secular television. This new campaign will air both nationally and regionally this week on networks like A&E, Fox News, Discovery, HGTV, Freeform, Food Network and others, plus dozens of Christian travel and family websites. We want as many kids as possible to come and

According to evolutionary thinking, animals only make friends among relatives because it benefits another creature that shares the same gene pool. Survival of their gene pool is said to be the driving force for every living creature, although animal knowledge of gene pools is still a mystery! read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments
