By Ken Ham The state of New York has been in the news recently for a horrifying reason. Governor Andrew Cuomo has just signed into law what’s euphemistically called the “Reproductive Health Act.” The New York State Senate passed the Reproductive Health Act (RHA) the evening of the anniversary (January 22) of the tragic Roe v. Wade decision of 1973 that legalized abortion across the US. This act legalized abortion (the murder of children—child sacrifice, I would call it) up until birth for “all factors — physical, emotional, psychological, familial, and the woman’s age—relevant to the wellbeing of the patient.”

By Sarah Chaffee On this episode of ID the Future, Andrew McDiarmid continues his conversation with historian of science Michael Keas about Keas’ new ISI book Unbelievable: 7 Myths About the History and Future of Science and Religion. In chapter 4 of the work Keas explodes the myth that Giordano Bruno was a martyr for science, as science popularizers such as Neil DeGrasse Tyson make him out to be. Bruno was indeed burned at the stake in 1600 for disagreeing with the Church — which Keas heartily agrees was a bad move on the Church’s part. But Bruno was executed

Well, you could experience all of this and more alongside popular AiG dinosaur sculptor, adventurer, and singer/songwriter Buddy Davis during a Living Passages tour of Alaska, June 23–28, 2019. Not only will you explore the great outdoors in the “Last Frontier,” but you’ll also enjoy times of worship and teaching with my good friend Buddy. By Michael Newton Keas On this episode of ID the Future, Andrew McDiarmid continues his conversation with science historian Michael Keas on myths of science and religion, based on Keas’ new work from ISI Books, Unbelievable: 7 Myths About the History and Future of Science and Religion. This time they tackle two golden oldies and a kicker: (1) that the West suffered a thousand-year “Dark Ages” after the fall of the Roman Empire, (2) that the Europeans from this period believed in a flat earth, and — the kicker! — that Christianity was responsible for both errors. Keas asks, if

By Ken Ham Here at Answers in Genesis, we have a heart for children—we want to equip the next generation to think biblically, know how to defend the Christian faith, trust the message of the gospel, and understand how to effectively witness to unbelievers. So, we worked hard to produce world-class children’s curriculum and resources. And one of those great resources, our Vacation Bible School (VBS) program, allows you to reach children in your church and your community with the message of biblical authority and the gospel. I want to encourage churches who put on an annual Vacation Bible School,

By Ken Ham January isn’t usually a time we typically think about the resurrection of Christ—we usually do that in the spring, around Easter season. But the resurrection impacts our lives as Christians every single day. It’s Christ’s victory over the grave that gives us as believers a living hope! So, it’s something we should celebrate each and every day. The Apostle Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 15:14–22: And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain, and your faith is in vain. . . . For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ

By Ken Ham During his Sermon on the Mount, Jesus told his followers to use discernment when sharing truth and not “give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs [swine], lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you” (Matthew 7:6 ESV). This means we are to share the gospel but, if and when it becomes obvious the gospel is not welcome and is just being trampled on, we’re to move on and find others who are ready to listen. Some Christians use this as an excuse to avoid engaging with atheists—after all, they’ll

By Ken Ham Last year, we were excited to announce that the leading faith and family friendly video streaming service, PureFlix.com, would be hosting all our Answers in Genesis content on its platform. That announcement received a tremendous response, with many individuals and families signing up to enjoy over 500 Answers in Genesis’ Videos, as well as hundreds of other titles hosted on PureFlix.com. It’s a great way to enjoy a relaxing evening with the family, without worrying about what you might see or expose your children to. I recently recorded a video, sharing why I believe individuals should consider

By Ken Ham A recent article by a secular blogger claimed that children who aren’t taught evolution won’t get that spark of interest that propels them to become scientists. Well, at Answers in Genesis we don’t believe that you need to be taught and believe evolution in order to be passionate about discovering more about what God has made. And this certainly bears true throughout history—many of the greatest scientists of all time were Christians who studied nature for God’s glory (and many of them lived at the time of Darwin)! We want more scientists like that, and that’s why

By Ken Ham Fake news, as it’s been dubbed in recent years, has been in the spotlight a lot this week. In an obvious display of their anti-life bias, many major news outlets completely ignored the massive crowd at the annual March for Life, in Washington, DC. Now, one outlet, CNN, condescended to cover the story (on Snapchat), but claimed only “around 1,000 people” showed up to march in defense of the defenseless. But that’s fake news! The secularists in the media just don’t want people to know how much support there is today for children in the womb. Photos

By Ken Ham The abortion giant Planned Parenthood recently released a new billboard campaign in Iowa to normalize the killing—murdering—of unborn children. The first set of billboards shows a picture of a woman and a quote about her experience. One billboard boldly proclaims, “I had an abortion and I’m not apologizing.” Another promotes the lie, “I had an abortion & it was just health care.” Now, true health care doesn’t involve murdering children. A third one claims, “I had an abortion and I’m not ashamed.” One woman who participated in this campaign said, “I joined the #SayAbortion campaign because abortion

By Ken Ham Today marks the third anniversary of our federal court victory over the previous governor of Kentucky and the state itself. The state tried to block the Ark Encounter from receiving a tourism tax rebate (a return of sales tax generated within the actual park itself—money that would not have been available without the attraction’s existence), simply because of the religious/biblical nature of the Ark Encounter’s Christian, biblically historic themed attraction. We’re very thankful that we won the case—it was a decisive victory and a great win for religious freedom in America. By the way, the State of

Coming available soon on video, this conference featured Richards, Eric Metaxas, Stephen Meyer, and world-renowned synthetic organic chemist James Tour — plus a surprise guest. For all the great presenters there, though, Richards’ favorite feature of the conference was the thousand attendees — some of them skeptics — who stayed straight through to the close and beyond, asking questions and learning that science, more than ever, supports faith

By Ken Ham Proverbs 26:4–5 reads: “Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest you be like him yourself. Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own eyes.” This verse may seem like a contradiction when you first read it. But like most alleged Bible contradictions, the “contradiction” quickly disappears with further thought. So what does it mean to answer and not answer a fool according to his folly? Well, let’s start by noting that the Bible isn’t engaging in name calling by using the term fool. It refers to someone who has
