The culture of death in liberal-dominated California advanced further this week when the California Assembly approved a measure that would require all public college campuses to provide free abortions on demand.

 

Senate Bill 320, if approved by the Senate and signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown—both highly likely—it would require “each public university student health center shall offer abortion by medication techniques.” The measure also provides grants to cover the costs of equipment, training, “telehealth services”—the official term for webcam abortion appointments—and medical support.
