2015 World’s Fair Promotes Sustainable Food Innovation

With a football field-sized vertical garden presented by the United States, and a French pavilion by Jean Pierre Dalberra that took food growing to new artistic splendor, the 2015 World’s Fair theme of ‘Feeding the World’ showcases 145 nations’ answers to providing food sustainability in a creative way.

This was not a way for biotech to showcase their latest frankenfood, instead, the Fair, being held in Milan, Italy this year, focuses on local, and traditional agricultural products with new innovate ways of sharing food resources with the world’s population.
