Recently I wrote a blog post about a German homeschool family that has asked for asylum in the USA—but the current administration is opposing the request by the Romeike family. Sadly, the arguments the American administration is using could be utilized one day to close down homeschooling in America and restrict the overall religious freedom this country has enjoyed since its founding. More and more people in the church today are recognizing that America is becoming increasingly pagan every day! This nation has all but abandoned God and His Word. Read more here: AIG Daily
Yes, I believe America is under judgment. Romans chapter 1 is being played out right before our eyes. And whose fault is it? I claim it is largely the fault of the church, including even many conservative, evangelical pastors who have compromised by adding the ideas of millions of years, evolution, or both to the Bible—or who say it doesn’t matter (even though they may preach the gospel powerfully). Recently at a conference at the Creation Museum, I gave a presentation in regard to this topic of compromise in the American church. I wrote a short lead article for our [More]
If you’ve not yet made your summer vacation plans, I want to suggest something that would not only be wonderful fun for your entire family, but you’ll also learn practical scriptural truths—all in a scenic part of America. Every year AiG holds a national family conference, and this July we’ll be gathering once again in Sevierville, Tennessee, on the northern edge of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. We held our annual conference three years ago in the same excellent venue, and 2,900 people turned out. This time, we’re having even more programs for children, including a Vacation Bible School (VBS) [More]
By Ken Ham Religious freedoms, at least for Christians, took a blow in the United Kingdom not long ago. A recent article from BBC News declared, “British Airways Christian Employee Nadia Eweida Wins Case.” In 2006, Eweida was asked by her employer, British Airways, to remove a cross she wore around her neck. She refused, and her case was taken through various court systems until it was heard by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). (British Airways has since changed its policy, allowing people to wear “symbols of faith.”) And while this may seem like a victory for UK [More]
Why did America loose her Judeo/Christian worldview? Why are Christian families in America losing 70-80 percent of their children to a secular mind-set by the time they turn fifteen? Why did the US Supreme Court rule in 1962-63 that prayer and Bible reading were unconstitutional for American school children? What significant leaven has crept into the fabric of America’s social conscience that permits a million and a half abortions each year since 1973? Did you know that Noah Webster, America’s Schoolmaster, said during our founding era, “…that the man who weakens or destroys the divine authority of the Bible may [More]
Dr. Patton has made numerous trips to Peru, together with Dr. Dennis Swift, to investigate the ceremonial burial stones found in the Inca tombs (ca 500-1500 AD). Almost one third of the stones depict specific types of dinosaurs. The evolutionary scenario tells us that man and dinosaur were separated by at least 65 million years and “modern” man’s conception of dinosaurs did not begin until the 1800’s. This find appears to falsify that theory and verify the fact that ancient Peruvians saw these dinosaurs. See the stones for yourself. Hear the whole story and learn of the numerous independent sources [More]
