Fast update- 6-17-2014
I’m still in the Atlanta transfer center and have no clue why.  I was in the Maxwell camp for 5 days when I was taken to Elmore County Jail. I was never given a reason and never visited by staff.  I was then moved here 8 days ago and still have no clue as to why.  I was never given a list of my property or legal files and have no clue where it all is now.
I am still listed as “undesignated” and have no clue how long I will be here or where I will go from here.  Under the 2007 2nd chance act passed by Congress in 2007 I was eligible to go to a 1/2 way house in Pensacola 4 months ago!  Pray they do that!
I am locked in a tiny room 24/7 and get fed through the door.  I get out for 1 hr M-F to do all-email-phone (both have long lines!) shower, exchange laundry, see counselor (if he can be found), clean room (if broom and mop can be found) and get books from the “library.”
I got some mail last night for the first time in a month.  No clue where all that is either.  I have 6 active cases in 5 courts and no access to law library or my legal files.  Maybe that was the plan?
I have 4 min left so will go for now. Rom. 8:28!  Maybe if enough folks use my case to get motivated to call congress and demand action someone will do something to help change this entire evil system and help thousands! 🙂
