By Ken Ham In a day and age when the culture by and large has turned away from God’s Word and openly ridicules those who choose to stand firmly on God’s Word, it’s hard to raise our children to love the Lord and honor, obey, and trust His Word. But it’s so important that we teach the next generation to stand on the authority of God’s Word from the very beginning, and to think biblically. That’s why we provide you with powerful resources that will help you as a parent to accomplish the task of training up your child in [More]

By Multimedia In this episode of ID The Future, Andrew McDiarmid catches up with Dr. Stephen Meyer to clarify two important points raised during his recent discussion with Alex Berezow of Real Clear Science on the Michael Medved Show. Berezow uses developmental hox genes and the research of Richard Lenski as examples of the creative power of the mutation/selection Darwinian mechanism. Here, Meyer points out that although hox genes can produce changes in an organism during development, the changes are usually deleterious and are expressed after body plan formation has already been established. Meyer also clarifies the results of Richard [More]
By Multimedia On this second episode of ID the Future, Sarah Chaffee interviews Casey Luskin, Research Coordinator at the Center for Science and Culture and contributor to the newly-released Debating Darwin’s Doubt. By Ken Ham Over the last few months there has been increasing controversy regarding the Boy Scouts of America’s (BSA) ban on gay leaders. The BSA already ended the ban on openly gay scouts, and it wasn’t long before the discussion turned toward gay leaders. Well, on Monday, July 27, the National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America ratified a resolution that permits openly gay adult leaders and employees. The resolution was passed by a 79% vote. This is just another example of the further erosion of standards based on biblical authority and morality. Now, the BSA holds [More]

By Ken Ham Around two-thirds of our young people in America are leaving the church when they go to college—with very few returning. But, as my coauthored book Already Gone detailed, most of these young people aren’t choosing to leave because their faith was attacked in college—they are “already gone” in middle school and high school! These young people are not being taught in their home or church to defend their faith against the attacks of secularists. And that is a major reason why so many of them are doubting the trustworthiness and accuracy of God’s Word. Rather than being [More]
By Ken Ham While still in Australia, Mally and I visited some places that have a special place in our lives. The house Mally grew up in. This building used to house the church (it is now a theater—the church built a bigger building to move to) where we first met. After our family moved to Brisbane in January 1971, we walked into this church for the first time, and in the small section at the front, Mally was handing out hymn books. We both say it was love at first sight! The house …read more Read more here: Ken [More]

A team of American and British scientists has published a new report detailing how natural selection, “the engine of evolution,” can actually prevent evolution from happening—a potentially devastating setback for evolutionists. Natural selection, a term first popularized by Charles Darwin, plays a fundamental role in the theory of evolution. In his infamous book “The Origin of Species,” Darwin proposed that natural selection “leads to divergence of character and to much extinction of the less improved and intermediate forms of life.” Read More  Natural Selection, ‘Engine of Evolution,’ May Actually Inhibit Evolution, Scientists Find | Christian News Network.

By Ken Ham One of AiG’s photographers took the photos below of the Noah’s Ark construction site (in Williamstown, Kentucky). I was able to see them via Internet from Australia. These photos will give you a good idea of how the construction is rapidly moving ahead. The life-size Ark will be opened sometime next year. Professional research indicates upward of 2 million a people a year will visit this Christian attraction. Keep up to date at ArkEncounter.com. For those who are not as familiar with this project, the Ark will be the largest wooden frame building in the world—510 feet [More]

By Ken Ham You just have to shake your head, remember we are in a spiritual battle, and pray for the scoffers—and also remember they are not really scoffing at us, but scoffing at their Creator God who tells us He is “not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9). Australian News Distorting Information on Ark Encounter This headline appeared in an Australian news source (PerthNow) on July 23rd (ironically, while I am still in Australia): “Aussie behind bizarre and ‘scary’ life-size replica of Noah’s Ark.” At first I thought I was [More]
A new study investigating the three-dimensional human genome (the nucleome) in the context of time and gene expression revealed unimaginable complexity and precision. The authors of a new research paper, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, wrote at the very beginning of their report, “The human genome is a beautiful example of a dynamical system in three dimensions.” The results of their research spectacularly vindicated this opening statement. By Creation Moments The idea of multiverses – that our universe is one of many – has long been used in science fiction stories. But now, atheists and evolutionists are depending on it to be true! They’re saying this to dispose of the obvious fact that we live in a finely tuned universe that bears the stamp of our Creator’s design. We are lucky to inhabit just the right universe, they say. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments
By Ken Ham Reporter Bob Unruh, who has written very accurate reports on Answers in Genesis, the Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter, has written an article on the WND website with the title, “State Forbids Pastors Calling Homosexuality ‘Sinful.’” The article states the following: The state of Kentucky has begun imposing a religious test on volunteer pastor counselors in its youth division, insisting that they refrain from calling homosexuality “sinful” and dismissing those who cannot bend their religious faith to accommodate the state requirements. The policy was uncovered by Liberty Counsel, which has sent a letter to Bob Hayter, [More]
