By Tessa Rath On this episode of ID the Future, Casey Luskin continues his series discussing the top 10 problems with biological and chemical evolution. This series is based upon Casey Luskin’s chapter in the volume More than Myth, edited by Paul Brown and Robert Stackpole (Chartwell Press, 2014). In this segment, Casey discusses the ninth problem: how neo-Darwinism struggles to explain the biogeographical distribution of many species. By Multimedia On this episode of ID the Future, Casey Luskin tackles another neo-Darwinian assertion made by Giberson and Collins in The Language of Science and Faith. In their book, Giberson and Collins make an offhand statement that a series of mutations can lead to such a novel structure as the eye. However, they fail to give any citation or discuss any evidence to back up this claim. Instead of simply accepting the neo-Darwinian explanation of the eye on faith, let’s take a look at the science behind it. By Ken Ham As I keep travelling around America and overseas (I’m out of the office probably 40% of the time!), I have some wonderful opportunities to reconnect with friends of the ministry. When I was in the Kansas City area over the weekend, I met up again with my friend Rich Bott, president of the Bott Radio Network and a keen AiG booster. Rich has not only visited our Creation Museum, but I see him almost every year at the National Religious Broadcasters conventions in Nashville. His network of stations—covering 15 states1—carries our radio feature Answers with Ken Ham. [More]

By Ken Ham Many movies and books popularize the idea of an Ice Age, many of them for kids. They show images of towering wooly mammoths, fierce saber-toothed tigers, massive cave bears, and perhaps primitive humans struggling to survive in the icy cold. The many supposed ice ages are portrayed as mysterious, intriguing times somewhere in the deep past. But the single Ice Age didn’t happen somewhere in the deep mysterious past. Starting with biblical history, we can explain the Ice Age. You see, the global Flood of Noah’s day would have provided the perfect conditions for an Ice Age. [More]
By Creation Moments If you’re a parent, you undoubtedly remember being awakened by your little angel crying in the middle of the night. Sometimes it’s dad who gets out of bed to see what’s wrong. But more often, it’s mom who gets up to breastfeed her baby. But now a Harvard scientist tells us that the baby who demands a nighttime meal has a more sinister reason. The child is trying to prevent siblings from being born. read more …read more Read more here: Creation Moments
By Ken Ham A big part of AiG’s ministry is encouraging the next generation to stand on the authority of God’s Word from the very beginning. We are thrilled when we hear about kids who are using our resources and sharing them with others. I recently received an encouraging note from a 13-year-old who loves our resources and the Creation Museum: I live in Northern Minnesota, 2 hours from the Canadian border. Despite the miles, we bought a 5-year membership to the Creation Museum and we have been there three times and are looking forward to the fourth. I have [More]
By Ken Ham The A.D. The Bible Continues mini-series continues on American television and, unfortunately, it continues downward. We previously mentioned how there’s been a complete neglect of the gospel so far, and last week’s episode just made it worse. Episode three, “The Spirit Arrives,” built on Christ’s ascension and His command for the disciples to wait in Jerusalem for the Holy Spirit as the series moved into Acts 2 and the arrival of the Spirit at Pentecost. What should have been the perfect opportunity for a powerful presentation of the gospel ended up being a completely missed opportunity. Avery [More]
By Ken Ham Camp Infinity and my good friend Dan Wooster are pleased to announce a new camp program that Dan has designed for college students—and to be held near the Creation Museum next month. Dan tells me that it’s a Camp Infinity (Ci) program for young adults “who desire confidence that comes from being well equipped to present the claims of Christ within a culture of strong skepticism about biblical authority due to the false teachings of evolution. Conflicting Worldviews College Camp was the result of the applied apologetics training week that we created last summer for our Ci [More]

By Creation Moments Creation Moments has aired a number of programs about theistic evolution. We have also written a number of articles, which you will find at our website, about this false and dangerous belief. By Multimedia On this episode of ID the Future, Casey Luskin tackles another neo-Darwinian assertion made by Karl Giberson and Francis Collins in The Language of Science and Faith. In their book, Giberson and Collins capitalize on the popular notion of Neanderthals as brutish, non-human, cavemen like beasts in order to bolster their claims about common ancestry. Is this view of Neanderthals accurate? Do experts agree that Neanderthals are drastically different from early humans? What does this mean for the notion of common ancestry. Luskin explores the connection between Neanderthals and humans and sets Giberson and Collins straight. Your browser [More]

By Ken Ham We at Answers in Genesis have been saddened by recent news of a devastating earthquake that rocked Nepal on April 25. This earthquake and its aftershocks have killed thousands, levelled buildings, and left countless thousands homeless and hungry. It even triggered an avalanche on Mount Everest that resulted in fatalities. Now, the headline of an article in the New York Times declares, “Ancient Collision Made Nepal Earthquake Inevitable.” The author writes, “More than 25 million years ago, India, once a separate island on a quickly sliding piece of the Earth’s crust, crashed into Asia.
