Last month (May, 2018) I wrote about a new study published in Iran that looked at the “neuroprotective effects” effects of virgin coconut oil for Alzheimer’s patients.

The title of the study is Virgin coconut oil (VCO) by normalizing NLRP3 inflammasome showed potential neuroprotective effects in Amyloid-? induced toxicity and high-fat diet fed rat and was published in the journal Food and Chemical Toxicology.
